1. B2B Only
AsiaRaw operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier exclusively. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order you confirm that you are acting in a professional commercial capacity.
2. Product Information
All product specifications, certificates, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Buyers are responsible for verifying compliance with regulations in their own jurisdiction before use in finished products. AsiaRaw supplies raw materials only and does not formulate finished cosmetic products.
3. Pricing and Orders
All prices are quoted in USD and subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only upon written acceptance by AsiaRaw and receipt of payment or agreed payment terms. Minimum order quantities apply per product as stated on individual product pages.
4. Shipping and Risk
Products ship from our Bangkok, Thailand distribution hub via DHL Express or equivalent. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns and Claims
Claims regarding product quality must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with supporting documentation (photos, COA comparison). Returns are accepted only for material that fails to meet the agreed specification.
6. Limitation of Liability
AsiaRaw's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in Bangkok courts.
